Kristen Sabo

Senior Strategic Creative Director

Kristen Sabo is a passionate Creative Director, a classically trained artist, and award-winning stage designer dedicated to the immersive design experience. Her career has spanned three decades and includes corporate event design, On and Off-Broadway stage design, film design, and interior design. Her professional art resume includes extensive mural commissions, published book illustrations, and national marketing campaigns. Notable honors include the National Kennedy Center Award for her stage design of the play, Machinal, NHL “Stadium Series” stage design, a Scenic Design Fellowship at the Eugene O’Neill Theater’s National Playwrights Conference, and Production Design credit for a national Sprite commercial. Kristen also served for two years as Professor of Theatrical Stage Design at the University of Miami where she designed eight musical productions. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Production Design (SCAD) and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration (RCAD). She is a proud member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829/IATSE.

Kristi Cline may be known for her unmistakable Southern drawl and quick wit, but she’s best known as one of the most brilliant creatives in the business events industry. Ask anyone who’s had the chance to sit down with this imaginative force, and they’ll tell you they walked away with a list of fresh ideas and a whole new perspective.

A lifelong and much-heralded stage performer, Kristi describes her journey as a series of acts in a play—each one building toward her current role as Executive Creative Director of PRA Business Events. And what a journey it’s been.

Kristi began her career as a professional singer, writer, director, and producer before making the leap into live event design and production. When the award-winning Destination Nashville came calling, she became one of the very first Creative Directors in the destination management world. Years of innovative work and company growth followed, culminating in Destination Nashville’s acquisition by PRA Business Events.

At PRA, Kristi took the reins to lead the nation’s first centralized team of creative powerhouse designers. Her mission? To cultivate a creative mindset rooted in strategy, set the standard for imagination-with- purpose and instill a relentless commitment to excellence across PRA’s 30+ locations. An award-winning designer herself, Kristi champions PRA’s creative charge to deliver the most exciting, immersive, one-of-a-kind events for hundreds of thousands of event attendees each year. In 2023, Kristi was awarded the company’s most prestigious award. She was the recipient of the Patti Roscoe Achievement Award in recognition of her contributions to the entire company.

Known for her storytelling flair and deep industry knowledge, Kristi has become a sought-after mentor and teacher, inspiring the next generation of event professionals.

She makes her home on a small ranch in White House, Tennessee, with her husband Bruce (aka "The Cowboy"), four horses, and six cats.

Colorful is the perfect word to describe Amy, colorful and brilliant to be exact!

Amy is an award-winning Senior Strategic Creative Director based out of Nashville. She has been in the hospitality industry since 2011 and recently celebrated her 11th year with PRA. Amy joined the Centralized Creative Team as a founding member in 2020 and has enjoyed traveling across the country and designing for all 30+ PRA offices, coast-to-coast. Whether it’s an intimate VIP incentive trip for 25 or a larger-than-life festival celebration for 5,000, Amy enjoys creating extraordinary experiences that leave her clients with ever-lasting memories.

For Amy, great design begins with the art of noticing. She believes that the most memorable ideas often come from life’s smallest, most authentic moments. By tuning in to how something looks, feels, tastes, or sounds—and then amplifying it—she creates experiences that feel personal, layered, and truly magical. A self-proclaimed pop culture enthusiast, Amy draws endless inspiration from the world around her. From sports and film to beauty launches and kids' toys, she’s constantly absorbing what’s trending and mentally “banking” ideas for the perfect moment. Her design philosophy? Think like a mixtape. Blend patterns, take big color swings, and pair the unexpected. Because for Amy, boldness is where the energy lives—and playing it safe rarely leads to something extraordinary.

In her off time, Amy loves to explore public events around Nashville like festivals, fairs, markets, and sporting events. She also enjoys being an amateur chef and baker, going all out for every holiday, and collecting anything eclectic, whimsical, and funky.

Anthony Miksad is a Strategic Creative Director who specializes in designing transformative corporate events that blend artistry, strategy, and human connection. With a formal background in interior design, studied in New York City, Anthony brings a trained eye for aesthetics and functionality to every project he touches. His foundation in spatial planning, color theory, and materiality has evolved into a broader passion for crafting environments that don’t just look beautiful but feel meaningful and memorable.

In his role as Creative Director, Anthony’s process is centered on the human experience. He believes that the most impactful events are those that consider how people naturally interact with spaces and with one another. By combining social behaviors, thoughtful layouts, and sensory design, he ensures that each event flows intuitively while sparking inspiration and connection. His signature style is marked by the unexpected—pairing bold patterns with unconventional color combinations, layering textures, and designing immersive moments that surprise and delight.

Anthony’s creative vision has been recognized with PRA’s Excellence in Creativity Award, a testament to his ability to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life. For him, collaboration is key: he thrives on working alongside clients to dream, strategize, and shape concepts that evolve into one-of-a-kind experiences. Whether it’s a high-energy celebration, an intimate gathering, or a large-scale corporate program, Anthony brings passion, precision, and artistry to the process.

Above all, Anthony approaches every project with curiosity and a love for storytelling through design. He sees each event as a canvas—an opportunity to create not only a beautiful setting but an unforgettable journey for every guest who walks through it.
